Not sure... you could always ask ANet to change his name for you and cite the reason as a bannable name.

So i sented my question to support and heres what i got
Changing Character Names
Question
How do I change my character name?
Answer
Once a character has been created, you will not be able to change that character's name. If you wish to reuse a specific character name that is associated with your account, you can do so by deleting the original character with that name and then creating a new character using the preferred name. Please be aware that you will need to complete the new-character creation within 60 minutes in order to keep the name associated with your Guild Wars account. If more than 60 minutes pass, the name will no longer be associated with your Guild Wars account and may be used by another player.
The only exception to this rule would involve a character that was blocked by the Guild Wars Support Team for having an inappropriate name. In such a case, if you wish to regain access to the character after the related account suspension is complete, you must change its name in order to regain access to it. This can be accomplished with an option window that will be offered once the account suspension is over.
so i beleive i will have an option box once im unbanned and i can change it from there

I have sent a couple reports of scamming but I don't think anything was done about it. Just the usual "we will check into it" stuff.

Probably the word Mofo is what did it. It implies mother *bleep*, which everyone knows and for those who didn't, now they know. So I can understand why they would ban you as it is foul language. As for calling it offensive I think they figured you were calling black people mofos. Who knows though, ANet has done crazy things...

There are quite a lot of inappropriate names, like Nate Higgers, The Negromancer, or Nigor Mortis (altered the Skill name Rigor Mortis), and I believe there was a guild called Black People [Nigr] in the past... and probably a lot more. ANet actually took quite a while to ban or warn these people.

Yeah, I second that.
Sucks to know that you got banned, but you can change your name to something like... "A Net Made Me Change My Name"

And then get pwnd by the 20 character rule, or how ever much space they give you to make your name. ANet has to draw the line somewhere though, however sketchy it may be.
